Jillian Bevan, ND

Licensed Naturopathic Doctor

I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor, currently registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).

I’m medically trained, but naturally focused. I work as a health detective to identify the root causes of your health concerns and what obstacles are preventing you from reaching your goals. I teach the principles of healthy living and actively engage my patients in their own healthcare. I treat people, not conditions, by offering personalized natural health solutions.

My Approach

I utilize the power of food, movement, stress reduction, herbs, supplements and acupuncture to assist my patients in reaching their goals.

I use specialized functional testing, when indicated, to take a deeper look at what’s going on.

I’ve had a tremendous success treating:

  • Digestive concerns like bloating, heartburn, IBS, constipation and diarrhea
  • Mental health concerns like anxiety and depression
  • Fatigue & stress related concerns like exhaustion, brain fog, poor immune function, headaches and insomnia
  • Women’s health issues like PMS, irregular periods, hormone imbalance and work with women who are transitioning into perimenopause and menopause.

The cupping techniques that she uses are very dynamic and effective in treating soft tissue injuries. “Moving Cupping” combines the cupping suction with a gliding motion to:
